  • Fast Dispatch – Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery Time – All orders are delivered within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Delivery Days – Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Tracking – Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.

  • Shipping Cost – Free!.

  • Delivery Areas – We currently deliver across the island of Ireland.

1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1–2 working days (within 48 hours) after dispatch.

2. Do you deliver on weekends?

At the moment, delivery is available Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be dispatched the following Monday.

3. Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking information.

4. What if I’m not at home when the courier arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery and may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local depot. You’ll receive instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

5. Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we only ship within the island of Ireland.

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update your delivery details.

7. How much is shipping?
